It is best be explained as 'left and right' hand!
For an introvert, extroversion is the weak 'left hand' and vice versa.
At times, because our left hand is weak, we wished somebody made us feel the beautiful experiences of the things in which we have poor skills.
Imagine, two introverts......pin drop silence in the room!
Imagine, two extroverts.....to much talking...but no body listens!
If two are different, within themselves they make everything complete.....
Both respect the differences and enjoy each other's!!!!

It depends on the tolerance level of differing ways of communication. My husband is very extroverted - I go back and forth depending on the day. He hates it when I'm more introverted - it drives him absolutely crazy.

It also depends on expectations in social situations. When at a party does the introvert expect to stay around the extrovert the entire time? That could be very annoying.

Absolutely. I think it's a wonderful thing. Opposites attract, and there is a lot both parties can learn a lot from the other in an introvert/extrovert relationship.

I think it's okay. It might be a problem if one wants to go out all the time and the other wants to stay in. But if the two people like each other than you work through that.
