How long should I expect the full effectiveness of the birth control pills to come back after stopping my antibiotics?

Make sure you check with your doctor about your antibiotics, some of them make the birth control not work. My cousin became pregnant that way.

I think you should be fine in your next menstrual cycle. That would be when I'd stop worrying and/or using a back up method.

you gotta wait an entire cycle, or one month. Its just the way it is....sorry and be careful!
