WHere can I get a size 32D bra that is still very sexy and is not so expensive???

If there is a Dillard's around you, they sell many styles of bras, especially in harder to find sizes. Their sales are amazing, especially after the holidays. Don't be afraid to ask the sales girls for help.
Also, Frederick's of Hollywood also carries 32A through 32F, and their bras are reasonably priced (I just bought some the other day for 20 bucks) Just so you know, the stores have more sale and clearance items than the online site, so if there is a store near you, definitely go.

I don't know what you consider to be expensive but on this site, the less expensive bras start at around $15-17 to about $25+.

Those are hard to come by but I would suggest Macy's or Victoria's Secret. It might cost some cash but at least the bra will be of good quality and last awhile.

Right now there is a sale at Victoria's Secret, that's a good place to shop and get a bra at.

at victorias secret, the semi annual sale is still going on
I went earlier in the evening, and they had a lot of D/DD bras
their bras are very good quality and fit me well, although I am at the other end of the spectrum size wize

VICTORIA'S SECRET!
especially right now, since all their bras are 25-30% off. very good deal.
by the way, it's worth it, cuz they feel great on you and they last forever, plus it makes you look better and feel sexier and more confident! buying the cheap ones with no quality is wasting your money, they rip easily and they make you look bad. trust me.

fredericks of hollywood is a good place
its known for racy stuff but if you shop online they have the biggest selection of bras (up to F)
