My wife is on bedrest because doctor told her to since she was bleeding but bleeding stop an ultrasound said earlier today that baby is still there, we have had one miscarrage a year ago, she was extremely worried that we might have lost this one to, she is about the same amount of time being pregnant that she was last time.

Hmm. Did she already go to a movie or are you contemplating going to a movie? She should clarify with her doctor exactly what he means by "bedrest." If he means lie in bed and only get up to go pee, maybe you could have her rest on the couch and get a really good video and you could make popcorn and clean up the house for her.

I can see this baby is going to have a very loving mother...No its fine, but! sometime later...yes, the sound theses day's, inside
when the movie is on...can make baby nervous.!!

That makes it bad for babies, and also any loud noise, is not good...So right up till say 16 weeks...your fine.Any time over that...and it gets too loud...for the child.

Now you will find people say all crazy talk...believe me!
It's NOT......anything good for your baby, will result in a happy child.

Not unless your jumping over the seats.The movies are a lot of fun just sit down and enjoy it.Also make sure to have a big bucket of popcorn it will be ok!

Maybe she just doesn't want to go to the movie of your choice and is using her pregnancy as an excuse?

i can't understand why it would. some women don't even know they're pregnant at 4-6 weeks, so i'm sure they don't stop doing what they're doing.
