No I belive Cingular will be the only one that has the Iphone when it's released.

Also apple is being sued over calling it the Iphone, apparently some other company already has one designed with that name.

No. The Apple iPhone is a GSM phone. Verizon's network is CDMA. The two digital technologies are incompatible with each other. You could get a roaming SIM card from Verizon and if you figured out how to unlock the iPhone from Cingular, then you could use it with Verizon, paying over $1/minute for every call ;-)

The new Apple iPhone will only work with Cingular no other cellular phone networks.
