my brother is 12 and only 4'8. he is considered a little on the short side but you will have plenty of time to grow. Dont worry about what people say, because once you reach high school youll be the one who can pull off all the pretty heels without looking taller than your boyfriend.

No...I was 4"5' when I was 13....and then I hit a growth spurt and now I'm 5'31/2" and I'm almost 15.
As for everyone making fun of your height just tell them that being short is funner and ignore them.

i would say yes....but i'm 16 and i'm 4'10", no one makes fun of me though...if you're confident nad have a great personality, people won't really notice your height. I got over my height issue so now, i feel better and i'm more confident. just accept it and move on, don't waste your time worrying about something you can't change.

i admit, you are on the shorter side, but that is who you are.
next time a really tall person calls you short, say something witty like 'what, cant here you from down here' so in a way, make fun of yourself, it works, sort of like reverse psychology, or you could mock the person my stomping and saying 'fe fi fo fum'

I'm 5'2'' and everyone else is taller thatn me (I'm in 9th)
But the parents of my friends are taller and bigger thatn my parents... so it's genetic I guess...
I sure you will grow a lot more in a year or two... don't worry about it!

no. you'll just have to accept the fact that you can't help how tall you are, and people will probably "jokingly" tease you. just act like it doesn't bother you and it'll ruin their moment
