my friend is sooooo bossy i like her but she bosses and is mean to not only me but everyone at school too i like her alot we've been good friends since pre school i don't know how to tell her this stuff because she always gets mad and tells bad stuff about me to her mom who tells it to my mom.HELP!

Start to expand your group of friends, dear. As we grow our friendship needs change and so do our friends. You don't have to dump her, just start using more of your energy on other friends.

If you're worried about her mom telling your mom bad stuff about you, beat her to the punch by telling your mom what's going on with the two of you. Or is it that she holds some secret over you and you're afraid your mother will find out? Your friend is bossy because she is spoiled, and all her little life people have let her get away with it.
I have a friend in my life like that and you know what? I had to cut her off for a while, keep my distance. She talks like that with EVERYBODY -- friends, relatives, coworkers. It's rough at first but you can't gain anybody's respect if you don't respect yourself first.
Try telling her, "I really need to talk to you about something WITHOUT you getting all mad and stuff. This is important to me, and if you're truly my friend like I believe you are, then you'll give me that courtesy." Instead of saying "YOU'RE bossy" try saying, "I get really upset when I hear you boss people around."
Think about it, though: she can't boss you around if you don't do what she wants.

she's not a real friend if she's mean and bossing you around plus trying to get you in trouble.
Tell her straight up while you'd like to be friends with her, if she can't treat you with the courtesy and respect that you deserve then you can't be around her any more.

I used to go through the same thing but over the years my friend changed.. when she used to me mean to me at her house i would let her know that it might be her house but she still needs to treat me with respect, and when that wouldnt work i would tell her she's a cool friend but i couldnt take it anymore and sometimes she would even hit me.. Let her know exactly how you feel and if she continues let your mom know whats really going on.. When you explain things to your friend let her know you dont mean it in a mean way because she's your friend and you value her friendship but you simply dont like the way you're being treated... Remember you cant change someone just take them as they are....Good luck hope it goes alright!
