Looking at the toilet made me sick every time. Also the fact that I couldn't figure out how to stay at home with my baby. But I finally did and now I get to stay home with her. Check out my website http://www.workathomeunited.com/jennifertheos and smell some peppermint oil when you think you are getting sick and it will help the sick feeling go away. Good Luck! Jennifer

I didn't have morning sickness nor did I have a sensitivity to smells, which might explain why I gained 80 lbs instead of the recommended 30 lbs. HA! I did get nauseous one time and that was when I walked into a Thai restaurant and the smell just hit me all wrong. It's the only time I felt sick.

I was absolutely miserable for the first 3 months of my pregnancy. I was sooooo sick at the smell of anything. I even had to go to the hospital twice to get IV's because of dehydration. But one day the symptoms just subsided instantly and now I have put on 43 lbs, and counting(i still have 4 weeks to go).
The food that made me most nauseous though was shrimp fettuccine alfredo - and my baby's father insisted on making it every single night. YUCK!!! i still cant eat the stuff.

The smell of meat cooking - especially sausage. I *still* feel queasy when I smell it, 3 1/2 years later! Peaches always made me sick too, but I craved them anyway. Weird.

With my 1st son, it was coffee, cigarettes, perfume, and anything meat.

With my 2nd son, EVERYTHING made me sick. I was convinced he was a girl until the ultrasound and amnio confirmed he was a he. I had "morning sickness" for my entire pregnancy and had to take medication just to get through my day without throwing up and so I could manage to eat.

In my first trimester - everything made me sick. Food cooking, any perfume/cologne, cigarettes - anything that had a smell made me sick! lol.

I'm 26wks now and i still have some lingering effects - still don't like to smell anything spicy cooking or chicken cooking and i made my partner change colognes because it still makes me queasy to this day!

cigarrettes, cigarette smoke, most meats, mexican food and chinese food, soda. Everything except fruits and veggies. I could drink V8 juice, but couldn't drink the smoothie v8 or fruit juices because they made me sick. The most annoying was baby diapers or human fecal matter. It was wierd because I've changed too many baby diapers to count so to throw up at the smell of urine or poop was wierd.

When I was pregnant, anything cooking or cooked made me sick. I lived off of sandwiches and salads. This lasted until about my seventh month and then just disappeared. Strange.
