Yes, sometimes after having your tubes tied one of the tubes is able to reattach and you can get pregnant. A woman whose tubes haven't been tied has about a 2% chance of having a tubal pregnancy (also called ectopic) but a woman who had a tubal ligation and gets pregnant has about a 6% chance of having a tubal pregnancy.
