see, (x+1)^2 = 900,
now, x+1 = sqr of 900,ie = +/- 30.
if x+1 = 30,then x = 29 or x+1 = -30 ie x= -31
noe simple , take x =29.
x-4 = 29-4 = 25,or or if x = -31 then,x-4 = -31-4 , x = -35.
here given x = -35, that is the ans.
