Try some guts, simply ask her out... sure sounds complicated but as you get older you realize how ignorant it is to worry about what others think.
If she rejects you all you need to understand is that she wasn't worth your time and move on to something better.

That's good that you love her. She's a lucky girl. The only issue is if she is intelligent to be able to discern the signals of love you are projecting in her direction.

Say this:
"I really like you and want to go out on a date with you. What are my chances if I asked you out?"
If she says something like "I don't know. Ask me and find out." She definitely likes you.
If she doesn't answer and kind of rocks back and forth trying to find something to say, she probably doesn't feel the same.

she looks at you all the time, then glances away when you look at her. she probably talks to her friends about you. she laughs alot around you and at what you say even tho it might no be funny. she flirts with you (duh). there are so many signs if a girl truly likes you, unless she's very quiet and doesn't share much with her friends....just take a closer look.
