The movie starts out this guy takes is live-in girlfriend to the airport and she gives him an ultimatum of marry her when she gets back from NYC(?) in a couple of months or it's over. He now plays the bachelor gig with his buddies and tells them of this beautiful girl (Blond) he meets at the airport when he is a teen and gives her his address. She throws it away and her younger sister (Dark Hair) retrieves it and she writes him as her older sister. His best buddy is now getting married and he meets him and his fiancee is the Blond from the airport. He's in a panic and it goes on but he now has a fantasy over this imaginary dark hair girl and he eventually meets her at his buddies wedding and it's the Blonds sister. Sorry. I did see that one on cable and it really was as weird as you described it. However its title made no impression on me at all.
