Generally there is not much you can do with an undergraduate degree in Sociology or Psychology (I know). If you are interested in Socila Work, then you will need to get a Masters. If you get a Masters in "regular" Sociology, then you should be able to get a teaching certificate for Community Colleges if that interests you. Degerees in Sociology (B.A.) can be useful if you have an interest in the police department. Good luck in whatever you choose.

Sociology? Jobs? Do your major, excell, be in the dean list, you may get people noticing about you. Not yet job. For job, do masters, come without with good thesis, and you may land job. Otherwise, a garbage collector is the wisest career.

With a BA degree, it doesn't matter what it's for, most employers will hire you. Some people get their BA and then never work in their field but still make equal or more money.
