I don't think you should directly give money to any homeless people, but if you do give you should not discriminate upon anything as minute as race.

absolutely! that is highly unfair to judge someone by the color ,nationality or looks or even gender!etc...shame on YOU!nobody chooses their looks or race etc...nobody can change the way God made them!now it is ok to judge from what people do or say or if they make you feel unsafe by body language etc.
