Many time it has been noticed by me and many of my friends that some doctors (especially private hospitals) take more money from patients. How can we react to that?

Well, what's the reason? lawsuits. The government has not put enough caps on them, and the insurance companies are gouging the doctors, which is causing doctors to quit and turning people who might become doctors away. Thus, there are less doctors who have to pay more. A fee raise is accually very reasonable. What needs to happen are insurance and Tort Caps. they are out of control, and that's driving our costs up. Then, universal healthcare will guarantee healthcare for everybody, no or little cost.

Look at the hospital's side of things. Their expenses keep going up at a rate much higher than the economy in general, and they have to stay up with technology as well. And the hospital has to treat anybody with an emergency. Do you know of a store that has to give you its product whether you can pay for it or not? So they pass on those costs to those who do pay, or else they go broke and close their doors.

Welcome to free markets. The main reason why health care is so expensive is liability insurance. This is true because it is too easy to sue today.
