If a person only ate oatmeal w/ lots of sugar, do you think they would they gain weight or lose weight? I'm talking maybe 3 packs of oatmeal a day, cooked with water. And I mean, if they absolutely didn't eat anything else.

depends on what they're drinking the rest of the day. R they working out? If they're drinking a case of beer as well, then yeah there going to gain some weight. It depends on calories how much they take in and how much they burn a day.

if it has lots of sugar they wouldn't lose any weight. sugar has lots of calories. If you are considering this diet.. switch your game plan to something that has been tested like.. eating sensibly!

You need a balance diet, losing weight will be your least worries if that continues. :)

gain weight because of the sugar, plus thats really stupid if u do that , youll make yourself sick!
