I gave your question some thought and i have concluded that I can not determine a voice for my generation. None of the figure heads that were prominant when I was growing up, ever amounted to much. The musicians all earned their bucks and disappeared. None of television or movie personalities held the same views that I did. The politicians never seemed to be their own people, meaning, they usually just went with the flow. There was noone for me to model my life after. Who was the voice of your generation?

Tom Cruise. His ability to calmly assess situations and not fall into fads of celebreties is amazing. Also, his down to earth view on religion, pregnancy and other hot topic issues is astounding...oh wait...
Seriously though, I think Tiki Barber is a great man. Not only is he an outstanding athlete, but he is incredibly articulate, introspective and overall a great guy. I'm not even a Giant or a football fan for that matter - but I feel he really is what a classic person of the U.S. is all about. He's the poster boy of America!

President Bush is the Voice of the Worst Generation Ever, the Baby Boomers. He is the definition of the lazy, no good, drug using, hippie mentality turned faux "conservative" baby boomer - total failures and total frauds. Their parents, the Greatest Generation are still ashamed of them and their children and grandchildren are disgusted with their hypocrisy and greed. Baby Boomers - still sucking off the teat and great accomplishments of their parents, the Greatest Generation.

Opra of course! hehe... she's amazing, I can't believe she won't try for president, and she got a retraining order on that guy who was trying to get her to go for it... that makes me sad. I also think that Mariah Carey is another strong figure in my generation!
