I to have very dark hair and olive skin. My Senior prom I wore a black dress, but I would go with something that stands out like a bright pink, red looks good on me, try to stay away from dark blue, light blue would look good as well. The best thing to do is go to a store and start trying on different dresses get one of your friends to take a camera with them and take a picture of each different color dress on you and then decide what color and style is best for you.

While you are at home, in regular light, look at how different colors look against your skin - red may make you look vibrant while beige may wash you out...find a color you think makes your skin look beautiful and go from there. Fluorescent lights in stores tend to distort colors - I never buy lipstick under fluorescent lights because it washes out reds, pinks look horrid and when you get them in regular light you just shake your head and wonder what you were thinking to buy such a color. I also ask a sales person because they tend to be more honest than family. Good luck!

Try buying a dress to match your eyes so it brings them out. It will look so pretty! Try going to cocomyles.com i think it is and youc an create your dream prom dress and print it out, then look in stores for the most similar one. Well the website dosent offer it but thats what you could do to find it.

paste colour gentle blue or gentle some thing some thing which could truly be astounding will be lighter color of lavendar. i'd bypass for empire waste dress. trouble-free undeniable lines and that can make for extraordinarily astounding and a rabbit rap will be astounding to accompany it with lengthy white gloves.

Aquamarine or a teal would be excellent on you and make your eyes stand out.
Go to www.PromDressShop.com/cgi-bin/cart.pl and enter aqua into the search. A bunch of dresses will come up for you.

You will have to go to a store and just start trying stuff on. So many things affect how something looks on you. I'd go to a bridal store and try on bridemaids dresses or to a department store since they have a large selection.
