my phone is on vibrate do not know how to get to ring again--yes volume is up all the way?

Thereare two settings one is Volume which you have on full so plug your ears unless you lower the volume. There should be another selection within the same menu for ringer settings or alert settings, you should be able to change it from vibrate.

Go to your menu on your phone and find settings and something like ring styles should be on there click that. then there should be Style: Vibrate click on that and you will see choses like loud, soft ect. choose loud and it should be normal
