You cannot get an STD from masturbating with your hands or toys etc.
However, you may have a yeast infection or possibly a urinary tract infection. Neither are fatal, not even embarrassing to go to the doc for. You don't have to tell them what you do as far as masturbating, but they'll tell you it's natural and healthy to do so. With the discharge you say you're having I'd think yeast infection which can have many reasons.

Too tight jeans, wearing panty hose alot, douching too much, or just something that can happen when there's an imbalance in the "flora" they call the normal amount of bacteria which is a good thing by the way. We all have it, but if it gets out of whack, it can bring about a yeast infection.
Make an appt, the answer will put your mind at ease. I promise.

As for the masturbating. It's totally normal, natural, and can be downright fun. If you're using "things", just make sure those things are clean, don't have any sharp places, and are not a danger to your body. With the Internet, you can buy things made especially for masturbating, all in the privacy of your own home. Then you know you have a toy that will only bring pleasure and no harm.
Don't be ashamed of pleasuring your body.

Discharge is normal, but it should not be clumpy (like cottage cheese) or have a foul odor. If it does, you need to go get checked by your gyno immediately. It could be a sign of an infection (not necessarily an STD). If its really bothering you but doesn't have a foul odor or its not clumpy, just mention it to your doctor the next time you go for a regular exam.

discharge is normal, but smelly cloudy chunky discharge isn't. dont feel ashamed about what you do in your free time. also the more juices you get going, masterbating expect that your body will get into habbit and you may have a tendancy to be moist more often if you do frequently

Discharge is normal and healthy, as long as it's not yellow in color or fishy smelling, other wise perfectly normal.
