anyone ever get charged for on demand movies they did not order?

I have comcast and just got a bill for $133 for pay per view movies. It has to be a mistake because 5 of them were ordered at the same time or within a minute of each other. and 2 were ordered when no one was home.

yeah i tried to download a movie of a web site once. it wouldn't download and they still charged me for it. They wouldn't give me a refund either it really pissed me off.
