Gasoline probably would have been the same.
All our dead soldiers would have been alive.
Iraqis would have continued with their normal lives, with no terrorism and no genocide.
Jobs and economy would have been excellent, as is usual in democratic presidencies
We would have stayed in surplus budget all along
CIA would have been a respectable org (in spite of its extensive Iraq WMD documentation) - since nobody would have even known the trash in its docs
America's president would not haven been looking desparately for a face-saving exit from Iraq

That question can not be answer with so must chaos going on. I would hope that we would have a domestic policy. Which pretty much non existing at the this time. The only policies that have taken place is cutting the taxes for the very rich, no child left behind (the same joke policy as say no to drugs), prescription drug (is it really working) and minimum wage increase). I don't know what the world would be like if Mr. Gore would had received the presidency. But American life is getting weaker. The middle class is disappearing.

I'd be living in the Caliphate of California, probably.
Then again, if it really went well, we wouldn't be using gasoline much. You'd be able to buy it at 7-11 in a gallon canister for your old lawnmower.
Not sure about the outsourcing because Clinton signed NAFTA but you never know.
We'd probably be using Macintoshes a lot more than we do.

He would have shrunk from the responsibility that terrorism presented. As a result, our nation would have become a welcome target for terrorists and we would have had several attacks the magnitude of 9/11.
I do agree we would have less outsourcing of jobs, at the cost of our economy. You see, most enforcements that "protect" American jobs are naive and cost the economy as a whole far more.

Would Alqaeda have attacked several times more?
Would they have attacked US interests worldwide?
Would gas then be $10 per gallon.
Would Sadaam have launched an attack on Israel?
Would Israel have responded triggering a major war?
Would MILLIONS have died in that war?
Would our economy be in shambles ?
Would we have no jobs to outsource?
Would we discover that they were wrong about Global warming too?
What do you think?

You hit it on the head with all of those.
We wouldnt be in Iraq.
America would still be considered a beacon of freedom worldwide instead of hated by the rest of the world.
Who knows, maybe if he would have been handed that memo stating "Bin Laden Determined To Attack" he might have done something more with it than Bush did. Instead of crumbling it up and ignoring it he might have paid attention to it.
