What does this text message mean?

My friend recieved a text message today that said "LG is LS today, call me if you don't know what that means" She doesn't want to call him cuz hes an ***, but neither one of us knows what this means.... Any ideas?

if he is not a life-long, need him kind of friend, don't waist your time. Sounds kinda foolish to me.
