I am so sorry for you. Each day pray for your husband many times a day for the Lord to keep him safe. It is difficult I am sure. You need to be strong as well. Take each day at a time, never anticipating what each tomorrow will hold.
Go to church, many prayers work miracles. Make new friends there. Inform the pastor/priest of your circumstances. They will wrap you both in comforting prayer as well.
A Honeymoon will come down the road in time.
First we must keep you and your husband in our own thoughts and prayers.
God Bless You!

I know it's not easy but you've gotta be strong.Pray for his safety and meanwhile,do all the stuff or hobbies that you've always wanted to do and keep yourself occupied.Learn something new or spend some quality time with mom,a sister or a girlfriend.
All the best & take care!

He will be in my prayers for a safe return to you. You both will be in my prayers. This must be a very hard time for you. I can't imagine. Try to find some things to fill up your time. Write to him every day. Maybe the six months will fly by fast but the two weeks will go real slow. Take care.

That sux, I ain't seen my gf since last September & wont get to see her again till this August, I feel for you but what keeps me going is I think love conquers all, & am content for time to pass. I dont like it & I cant change it, but I know its not for long really, some couples in wars are seperated for years but thier love kept them together, keep your chin up & prepare for his arrival home, I am sure that all the time apart will instantly dissapear the moment your eyes meet again : )

the only thing i can tell you @ this point dear is that you can use the time to "keep the homes fires burning" so to speak. take a job, do volunteer work in your spare time. then write him letters like crazy with maybe good respectable pictures of yourself to him or if he has access to computer on base like most of them do find out the e-mail address then contact him that way or phone calls on occasion. just hang in there, you both are young, bright people in love this you can endure for the long run.
my best to you. good luck to your groom where he is.

Sometimes it's just about getting something off your chest. There's nothing wrong with that, either.
