Does anyone know of anyone other than Uhaul that rents trailers? I need an enclosed trailer for a one way move from CA to VA. It was $187 getting out here and now it's $1400 to go back!

Buy a used trailer for a good price then sell it once you move.That's what my friend in the military does and he usually makes money on it!

Must be one heck of a trailer!! It only cost me 113 to move from Tucson, AZ to Chattanooga, TN with a 4x8 U-haul trailer, and that was last week. The earlier the reservation, the cheaper the price. That is the truth anywhere you go. If you are trying to move tomorrow, you are going to pay through the nose no matter where you go. Try Budget, or maybe Penske? Either that, or start searching the classified ads. Craigslist.org is a good start.

you can try budget. they rent cars and trailers. that i was did on my one way move to utah from ca.
