I listen to.. Crash and burn by Savage garden. It dont matter by Rehab. Hold on by Good charlotte. Rain by Breaking Benjamin..yea..thats it.

I've got a whole cd called Depressing Music I burned for myself. It has stuff like... Save Tonight- Eagle Eye Cherry, Last Kiss- Pearl Jam, Piano-Glassjaw, How's It Gonna Be-Third Eye Blind, and one more... hold on.... Everything-Fuze...
Now, if you want to go the other way and listen to upbeat(ish) music... Just Rock and Roll- Midtown, I Don't Feel Like Dancing-Scissor Sisters (lol), Shut Up-Blink 182, Kick Some A**-Stroke 9...

Not depressed today. When I am, I listen to upbeat music or watch a comedy to try to lift myself out of it. I've never seen the point of wallowing in it with sad music.

No. Don't listen to Anything sad. Everything should be upbeat and positive when u feel that way. Watch some comedy movies/shows...works for me when I have a bad day.

Yeah, new semester of college just started (I'm taking seven classes). I just listen to the same music I would normally listen to.

I listen to VAST, and since I'm always depressed, well, VAST is my favorite band. I like Touched and You're Pretty when you cry best....
