we have been blessed with some great cricketers over the past 20 years, plus our domestic comp is one of the best in the world and players learn how to play hard tough cricket (just look at Australia A side even it beats other world teams) also Australian conditions provide all sorts of wickets to learn on,bouncey, turning, flat, slow alot of variety not like flat sub continet pitches.and lastly id say junior development which i believe is excellent in Aust-success breeds success

They revolutionized the way to play cricket, Its strange now but its so obvious "the bat is for scoring runs", and score them they do and on top of that they score them fast, they now average just over 4 runs per over (unheard of in the good old days, where it was more like 2.4) hence this will leave plenty of time to get the 20 wickets to win a test match. Its time other teams woke up to the strategy.

All their players give 100 percent efforts while playing. They are also very aggressive and play with lot of application, dedication and fighting spirit, which makes them a good team.

They are the best bowling side and best fielding side. Although their batting side comes in second place to India they are much more consistent and always post big scores. Even if they post a low score there bowling regathers them all up.

I know nothing about cricket, but I think some common sense experience will work here instead.
I'm guessing practicing, conditioning, and hard work had something to do with it. I might be wrong.

Apparently they actually feed money into the team and all sports this helps people to be interested in it, I`m in U.K and have considered the fact that the ashes actually returned home(Australia)....
