Boy: How about some names of war heroes. Roland, Beowulf, Spartan (If anyone you know plays Halo), Churchill, Napoleon. Lots of rabbits I knew were fierce enough to take on a monster---or be the monster. (Grendel!)
Orion the Hunter. For irony.
Buckwheat.
Girl: Scylla (Greek sea monster, very tragic origins), Rose, Star . . . mythology doesn't have as many heroic roles for women. Out of ideas.
Unisex: Salty, Stampy, Tiger, Elliot, Paris, Cloud, Hazel (Rabbit from Watership Down book), Dandelion (from same), Spangle.

Mr. Whiskers. It comes from a cartoon on Nickelodeon, and my friends daughter named theirs that (and it happened to be a girl??). It was a very cute name for a very cute bunny!
