my nano battery ran out...it said to charge it..i plugged it in...but nothing happens! the screen in black! HELP

This happened to my friend well people say that if the battery dies than your ipod is toast it won't work anymore but my friend put it in her computer and kept in there like for the whol day and it by miricale worked so give it a try.

if you didnt try already id suggest to open up itune when its plugged in and if it doesnt reconize it there at the apple websitethey have a great list of frequently asked questions and i think there might be one about charging so try that and if that doesnt work go to the website for help

try plugging it into itunes and is it on hold ? try taking it off hold
