It depends on who they are. Some people are very open with their feelings and use others as outlets for all their troubles. This can be healthy, for some. Others (like myself) tend to keep stresses inside themselves. I find that personally, I do this for a slew of reasons- sometimes I don't like putting other people into my problems, sometimes I like to appear much more capaple than I am, other times I recognise my stressors as problems between myself and me.

Most people are aware and dont say anything, yet know they have stress, and a lot of people admit they are under stress...Few people are in denial about stress, they may not admit it to loved ones but the grocery store clerk they are more then willing to talk about it.

Every person is different. A lot of the time I'm unaware that I'm stressed until the shows physically (weight gain/loss, breaking out, etc.).
