No it is to soon for a tune up. 14,000 is not even broken in yet.
On newer cars most spark plugs are good to 100,000 miles. check your owners Manuel to be sure.

See if you have an owners manual and see what it say. Most Spark Plugs are good for more miles today. This should be all it would need. But, if it running good and not Missing, I would leave it alone.
What Master of None said about oil change is what important. Check the oil and if it black it need changed and the filter.

In the owners manual, usually in the glove box of the car, is a "recommended maintenance schedule". It tells you all of the systems of your car that require periodic maintenance. Look down the list, and see what is recommended for your car at 14000 miles.
With today's modern clean-burning engines, tune-ups are at longer intervals than with older models. The key would be, "How is your car running?" If the answer is "Good!" then browse through the owner's manual, and see what they recommend, and at what milage they recommend it! Keep in mind, your car warranty may have service requirements in order to keep the warranty in force, so if you have any doubts, see the dealership service department, or the salesman you purchased your car from. They should be able to answer any and all questions about your specific car and model.

Only replace the spark plugs. When a car sits at a dealer it gets started and runs for a few minutes while it's being moved and then shut off, this isn't good for the plugs.Everything else is just fine I am sure as long as you are doing regular oil changes.

If you replace your spark plugs, be sure to get the Platinum plugs, if they have them for your make and model. They are about $2.00 more each, but mine have been in for 50,000 miles and they are like new. The car is 12 years old and kicks over every time like brand new.

you don't need plugs orfuel filters or anything but oil changes now. only filters you might need would be air and cabil filters if you live in dusty area. plugs in your car should be changed at 5 years or 100k miles.

Just do your oil/filter changes, an air filter if you haven't replaced it yet and at this point the coolant as well. Plugs and wires are fine at this time/mileage
