New York - I've lived here for six years and still find new things to do, see and experience.
That said, I wouldn't mind spending a few years in Ireland. I was there in 1999 and loved it. I wouldn't want to stay simply due to the distance from family and home.
London is even pricier to live in than New York. Its a great city with a long history, but I can't imagine taking on any more expenses.

Not NY as too tall, England has so much in it, all different - so it would be difficult to comment without being more specific.
Definitely Ireland, they have more fun, are much more relaxed, the lifestyle is great, the history is amazing and the people don't look down their noses at outsiders.
I live in North Wales and here it is prettier than all three!

New York, simply because it rains way too much in England and Ireland.
