No, you are not fat. People have different body types and there is not a whole lot you can do about it. You probably did not gain a pound. Weight fluctuates from day to day and there can be many reasons why it does.

You don't sound fat to me. You probably think you look fat, but you are really not. Just eat healthy (don't skip meals) until you are just full, and don't worry about the pound you gained-----it is prob. just water weight. Just eat healthy and exercise, and you will be fine.

No, I know how you feel though, I'm 5 foot and 96 lbs. You are fine, you know how I know?? Most people when 5 foot weigh at least 100 lbs, you are normal...

thats what my aunt thinks and she fits into my clothing and im a teenager and she is about my weight which is wierd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
