I'm 30 and still trying to figure that out! My career was unfullfilling so I'm pursuing nursing to help others, otherwise I strive to give my kids a better life than I had, and of course have some fun myself whenever I find the time.

My purpose in life is to make a difference, whether it's making another persons life better, helping my Grands with homework, helping my Grandson learn his alphabet, helping my Dad.

To be a good wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, neighbor and employee. To be the best person that I can be in the eyes of God.
He's going to decide what my purpose was in the end.

Mine is to help others too ( at least I think so). But it feels wonderful to help people and actually feel like you accomplished something besides living for your own benefit.

I don't think any of us really know for sure.
Thats a passion you have, but is it a purpose?
Some of your answerers say to serve god...isn't that an assumption....that god is real.... they may have the faith, but faith doesn't make it so.
So really we have no purpose only passions and thoughts and beliefs.... purpose would suggest... a bigger plan, but is there such a plan?

my purpose in life is to make a difference...to be an influence to others not to drink, do drugs, smoke, or have premaritual sex...thats my purpose in life!
