Why is it that every TV show, movie, or even some childrens books depicts the husband/father figure as being a total moron and the wife is the only one who keeps everything running smoothly?

I do. I think its total garbage. The isnt reality. I wonder what the real reason is for getting people brainwashed is?

YES! I can't believe that this isn't talked about more often and also that is is a woman bringing this topic up. Men are always portrayed as being stupid, as being terrible fathers, as being violent, and the list goes on. For example, in shows such as Full House and Movies such as 3 Men and a Baby it is shown that no one man can be a father, that multiple men are needed, and even then, problems will arise and things will not be solved. Obviously, this is an upsetting and disturbing trend in Hollywood and elsewhere that does definitely bother men like me. Thanks for bringing up this topic!

It's really a conspiracy. Men actually write these shows
and they know that women think they should be running the world so they write these shows showing women smart and men dumb little puppies. The real joke is on the women because they think the shows are great. The guys just laugh about it cuz they're not threatened by it.

Ok I am a guy and I have not really noticed that before but if they are doing that they probably are not saying guys are morons its just that one are the ones who do keep things running smooth and in real life it is that way for the most part. Woman are just able to deal with different things better then men do as with men are able to deal with other things better then woman do.

I've only seen shows that show the woman as the total airhead bimbo that makes me sick. Wish I got the stations you do cause I've never seen even one show that depicts that. Women are the ones exploited and used as sexual objects, 3 out of 4 women on tv are there purely to sell sex in one of thousands of ways they do that. C'mon, hollywood is a man's town.

I don't think we are watching the same movies or TV shows. I don't see that at all in what i chose to watch.
