Of course the pet store gave them to you pregnant, they can't not be pregnant for more then a couple of days.
Why do you have 3? They are a schooling fish and need to be in 6 or more.
They are going to keep having babies if any of those male fry reach adult hood. Either get something to eat the fry, give the fry no cover and hope the adults eat them for over crowding, or get rid of Mollies all together.
Your Molly had far more then 15 fry.
No reasonable pet store will take them until they are almost full grown. At that, most still won't take them because they don't need them nor know the care you've given them. If you find a pet store that will take the fry, don't go shop there, they are idiots.
If you are not feeding them fry foods, most are already dieing anyway.

Normally, you could just leave the babies in there for the adults to eat. Since you don't want them to die, though, take them back to the pet store. They should take them off your hands--especially since they gave you pregnant mollies in the first place.

Well, if there is no place for the small fry to hide like plants or something then you may not even have to worry about it as they will be either eaten or sucked up in the filter. So, unless you can find someone who wants baby mollies, your 2 choices are try to raise them or let them be eaten.
Sorry to be so blunt,

Take the pet store to court and get Child Support.
Ask around maybe someone take them. If, they stay in the tank, as said above, they get eaten. Which this really not bad as fish eat fish. But, it OK if you feel different about them being food.

If you don't want them u can do a few things. You can leave them in the tank and the adults and other fish will consume them as food. You can also bring them to a pet store once they are larger. Or give them away to friends/neighbors. List it in the buy and sell or newspaper as free. You should get them gone fast.

If you lived close to me, I'd gladly take some of them in. =D
There's the option of "fish euthanasia" where you place the babies in a plastic bag with water and stick them in the freezer. It is said that this doesn't hurt them a bit as the colder temperature gradually slows their breathing until it comes to a stop.
You may give them away to friends and neighbors of course!
Pet stores will take them, but they often become feeder fish since they don't usually trust customers in case they gave them fish babies infected with a disease. (This happened to one of my friends once. She gave Petco a nice batch of black mollies only to discover they were being dumped into the piranha tank.)
And if you don't do anything with them and leave them in the tank, the mother fish will swallow all of them.
The choice is yours!

Tell the pet store you got the moms from and they will probably take the babies.

Some of them will get eaten. Ask the pet store if they may buy them from you?
