I am having trouble connecting Adobe flash players. Any suggestions?

Do you have to pay for this reader to obtain these on my computer?

Nope, you don't have to pay for it.

If you are still having problems, double-check that it isn't already installed. If it is then uninstall it and then try.

delete the flash player from the add/remove program page then reboot your pc and go to www.adobe.com and do a fresh install, that should work
