Yes and no.
If the person whose sperm you are swallowing is infected with any number of STD's, then it may be transferred to you. The risk is low, and much, much lower than disease transmission in other types of sex, but it's still there.
Other than that, no. You can swallow as much as you want (well, within reason), and there will be no effects. You can't get pregnant (you'd be surprised how many women actually believe that), and there's nothing about it that will cause any problems.

It has a lot of sugar (glucose) in it (no real protein to speak of) but otherwise nothing that will hurt you (unless, as people have said, your partner has a STD).
Some STDs can be passed on by oral transmission (some people say AIDS can be passed by fellatio while others say that it cannot).
If you want to avoid your chances of transmission do not brush or floss your teeth before oral sex as the tiny cuts that can happen provide any viruses with a direct conduit into your blood stream.

I wont do it because what is sperm in semen ?Human DNA and if it got with an egg of mine it would make a baby.So even though I dig oral to swallow seems like cannabilism to me.Everybody is diffrent but thats why it bugs me.

It all depends of the guys nutrition & his degree of hygene. In addition to it if he is good looking this will help you to swallow-up. I personnaly tested mine and it is the best you may have in town. To night I am having a spécial just for you " All you can eat "

maybe if the "donor" has some kind of disease. or, it's also not likely bad for the "donor" as it's really a small amount of material. enjoy.
