daddy got him out of Vietnam combat by getting him into the National Guard (they didn't go to Vietnam back then) & ironically Bush sends most of the US national guard units into combat in Iraq. I wonder what US troop families would say?

I'd love to hear what US troops would honestly say about Bush if the US military hadn't just put a muzzle over the mouths (they can't talk the the media anymore). I wonder why the cheerleader would do such a thing?

Actually, how about Kerry who came back from the war and be came a dope smoking anti-American / Military guy? A guy that called our troops in Vietnam "killers of civilians"....
How about drunken Ted Kennedy who killed that girl and got off?

Just a couple examples of people that are "Hero's" on the left. Would you want THEM in charge of this country? Would the military respect them?

Its clear that your post is just to bash Bush... but, seriously, look at what we have to work with and what is going on in the world.... Who else would you have put at the wheel following Sept 11?

They probably all do know; Democrats sure haven't wasted any time telling anyone who'll listen. What the troops would probably say is that "He's our commander in Chief now, and as long as that's true we'll obey his orders as if he were George Washington instead of George Bush." because that's what they signed on to do.

My family and my friends currently serving in the Marines and their families have all been vocal that Bush has done the best he can. They do not hold his past to him. They, and myself, see this as a weakness.

maximum human beings do not "despise" the President. basically becuase you watch countless jon stewart, bill mahar, and different liberal crap television, does not propose maximum human beings of the country thinks like the few loud screaming liberals. and do not attempt to cite approval rankings to "decrease back up" your b.s., because the democratic congress has decrease approval rankings than Bush.

You just said it to a military wife, and you didn't tell me anything I haven't heard before.
You act as though the military is SO uninformed. I know some conservative Republicans in the Army that would EASILY put you to shame!

Since there is not draft they are there for the money/benefits, so they don't care who pays them. Why should they.

I think a lot of them probably know all they need to know about the President, and assuming that they don't implies that they aren't very intelligent.

Are you John Kerry?
