Firstly you will have to issue a requisition form #1176A and have it signed in triplicate ideally one signature should be your commanding officer. If this is passed and allow upto 6 months you will then be issued with a key. You will then need to issue a requisition form #1176B and have that signed in triplicate. After about another six months the security forces will do a thorough check on you and I warn you now that this does involve cavity searches. If you pass this your commanding officer will issue you with another key. The two keys will allow you access to a filing cabinet where you will find a requisition form #1177, issue that signed in triplicate to the Chief of Staff. Wait six months (there may be more cavity checks) and you will finally be issued with a RS-114 II clock changing kit for the computer use of. Thoroughly read the 2600 page manual and swallow it (there will be cavity checks to ensure you have done so). The kit contains everything you need apart from a RS-114 part 7. You can apply for a RS-114 part 7 by issuing a requisition form #1178A signed in triplicate...........................

S. military makes use of it, yet so does maximum individuals of the international locations of the international. you should call it "global time format" in case you should, or "24-hour clock". The "12-hour clock" is especially used interior the former British colonies. better of success!
