If I take them and i am not pregnant am I gunna get milk? or is it ok to take?

Yes you can take them. My health was going downhill and my doctor put me on them and I have never been pregnant nor had kids.
The goal of prenatal vitamins is to supplement your diet not to replace it. In fact, prenatal vitamins work better when you are eating a healthy diet that includes a variety of foods. There are also known deficiencies in prenatal vitamins, for example A pregnant woman needs about 1,200 - 1,500 mg of calcium daily to help her and the baby adequately grow. The levels of calcium in the average prenatal vitamin is 250 mg. So it's not a save all, they are just vitamins. It does not cause your breasts to develop milk.

It is safe to take prenatal vitamins eventhough you are not pregnant. Hormones in the human body are responsible for the production of breast milk, not vitamins.

they are just vitamins, but they are tailored to women who are pregnant or trying to conceive. they will not cause you to produce milk. most doctors will recommend that you not that prenatals unless you actually are pregnant or trying to be, and you should stick to a multivitamin.

its fine to take them, some people take them when they are trying to get pregnant so that they will be healthier when they get pregnant. No you Will not get milk from taking them.
