How come i can't view web cam with norton?

I am trying to cam chat with my sister whom I haven't seen in months. I've disabled my firewall but I keep getting a message telling me "sorry, you appear to be behind a firewall and are currently unable to use yahoo webcam services". What can I doto fix this?

do you use a router? if so then it has a firewall built in.so you will need to disable it.but the better thing to do is to allow the web cam in the firewall and keep it running.
