OK here is my problem? look , every night i go to bed with a promise that next day i will take a small step to change my life but i doesnt happen. When i wake up there is no motivation for me to work hard. I set up my alarm at 5:00 am to wake up and take bath, study little bit and go to job at 8:00am but everyday i wake up by 7:45. Remember i do go to bed at 9:30. I just live in my comfort zone. How can i make a change in my life so i would have a better day.

get honest with yourself your not happy and your depressed you need to figure out what the problem is and get rid of it and start dioing things to make yourself feel better get beautiful and say im beautiful im worth it im somebody i can do it remeber just believ in yourself and always know you can do anything you set ur mind to

You need motivation behind this. Make a firm plan. Plan out every hour of the day if you have to. Promise yourself a treat if, and only if, you can follow through. If you have to write a note to yourself the night before, explaining JUST how much it means to you to get out of bed early and get a start on the day, maybe that's just what you need to read in the early hours to get enough motivation to follow through with your plans.

I know it will sound trite but the problem is that you have decided to stay in your comfort zone. Any time you fail to act or change its because you have decided not to.

If you really want something different, get up and get it. You are the only source of motivation for yourself and the only one who can get you moving. It's up to you but if you spend another day with the same old thing, that's because you decided not to do anything about it.

Do something out of the ordinary one day, like go to a modern art museum or eat lunch at a cafe. Once you start change it is easier to continue it.

You can only do this by forcing yourself to. You have to want it to get it.

Try waking up at 7:00. And then slowly make it earlier.

this is my problem too. i live in my comfort zone and i'm afraid to leave it. i need something (but what?) to make me leave it, because the world isn't going to get any easier. so i need to become more brave.
