Depends on the size and species of the snake, as well as the size and species of the crocodile. If you're talking about the common saltwater croc, there's no snake that could overpower a grown one. Saltwater crocs grow over 20 feet and could easily overpower even a large constrictor such as a retic or anaconda. Whoever said the anaconda would win is confusing a crocodile with a caiman, as caimans are much smaller and are a part of the anaconda's diet.

Reptiles aren't known for their endurance.
A snake wins by suffocating the prey, depriving it of oxygen until its brain shuts down. With a mammal, this doesn't take long, maybe ten minutes.
A croc, being a reptile, has a very low metabolism compared to a mammal, the snake's usual prey. It doesn't need much oxygen. It would probably take much longer to strangle a croc.
Since neither one has much endurance, and the process of strangulation will be a lengthy one, the advantage is to the croc. All it has to do is sit there, not doing anything, while the snake has to keep up the pressure on its lungs for twenty minutes or so. The snake might release the croc early, because it expected it to be dead already, or it might just get tired and give up.

Well if you get a python or an anaconda wich are the biggest snakes in the world neither would win because the snake would try to swollow the alligator and the snake would rip in half or explode. it would not be able to handle it

ok, i had it worded perfectly i thought, but of course it's gone now.

caimans and anacondas in south america regularly feed upon each other, it all depends on size.
last year in the everglades a thirteen foot burmese python (damn invasive exotics) ate (i believe) a seven foot alligator. both animals died. last thing i heard, the theory was that the gator got a decent enough bite in before it was too late, and after the snake ate it, the weak spot ruptured.

how big is our croc, how big is our snake, and who bites who first?

If it's a boa, the snake wins. If it's a cobra, the croc wins.

nicely both characters are diff employ. In my openion contained in the brawl personality sonic might want to win because he has better strikes. yet in a real conflict between them both sonic might want to win because of his cationic outcomes for example he might want to flow tremendous quickly or devour this coin and turn golden.
