Camoflauged towers cost between $40-$100K which is estimated to be 10 times the cost of building a typical tower.

I can tell you from my point of view there is little concern for cost savings. Over the years I have delivered concrete to maybe 25 towers, and of these about three were poured during the daytime, the rest have been poured as late as 10:00 pm, when overtime and waiting charges are applied beyond the cost of the material. Not to mention the overtime of the hole drillers.
