it seems that Ur power supply is over.it is not working correctly.
if Ur monitor not turning on,this means that ur monitor lamp is not lighting?if so is Ur monitor power supply from the PC or from electricity?if from Ur PC so the PC power supply is not working.
and about the disk drives r they totally dead or the lamps light but not opening?if they r all dead so the power supply is not working here also so u have to change it.

you double checked your connection on it? i know its a dumb question but you'd be surprised how many people don't. check its correctly connected to your computer and the ones on the monitor. iono why youre disk drives dont work if your monitor doesnt work. maybe you have a bad/corrupted operating system and thats why everything is going haywire. but i would say more along the lines of your cpu being defective.

Pull all the wires out of the mains with the stuff switched on and just plug it all back in in 2 mins, It will all re boot. And if nothing happens get a mechanic.

Check your connections to make sure your monitor is plugged into the wall outlet and into the computer. If it is, you may have a virus or your monitor could be faulty.

after you check all your connection and it still does not work, try your monitor on another computer, if monitor is ok, but windows not starting up format and reinstall windows.

Borrow another monitor and try that. If it works then you will know whether yours is a gonna !

Check your plug's going to yur wall-- But your monitor
does not work are you using somebody eles's conputer?
ALso check the connection's on the back of your conputer
box--you may have to reboot your conputer..

that should be some issues, first of all my first aspect to get regarded at should be the skill grant second it could be the motherboard, 0.33 it could be ram fourth the processor (doubt it tho reason the lights on the mobo flicker)
