I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THOSE MOVIES.
i think Bill Moseley is so sexy in the movie as Otis Driftwood

Of course, but a lot of what they put out as "horror" really doesn't do the trick. Horror has become FX, gore, and "make you jump" moments. Rare is the film now a days that really tries to create a creepy atmosphere and mood. It also doesn't help that a lot of horror movies are remakes of older films or are new ones but aren't hitting the audience with anything different or novel. If you are an old horror fan and /or have seen a LOT of horror movies, remakes don't do much for you since you already know the movie, and rehashed horror plot elements get old and predictable.
Right now, I think the best horror right now is coming out of Asia... Hollywood is on the downswing. I'm not surprised with how many horror movies they are coming out with that are remakes of Asian films.

Those movies were pretty aggressive.
The last horror movie I saw was The Descent (if you would call it a horror movie). It made me jump a few times.

I love horror movies. They are the greatest ever. I guess i just like to be scared a lot. I want a movie that would just scare you so much that after it was over you would just be to scared to move to scared to think.
