You should, that was unproffesional. They should have treated you like a customer because you weren't working!

I don't see where 'giving it to the manager' will pay off--potentially could make things worse. Do you really think the only thing making the manager a jerk is the lack of someone bringing it to his/her attention? And yet, if you quietly go about your business INSTEAD of blowing up-- THAT could bug the mgr more than a confrontation! Try not to stress out to the point where you hurt yourself. Be bigger than this this issue at this moment, occupying one small spot in a lifetime of mini victories and defeats. Be better than your jerky mgr. Outliving your enemies is the best revenge. Be the good example. Good luck!

Approach the situation by sending her an email and copy it to her superior. That way your complaint is in writing and you can inquire as to why you have been slighted since you went to her with what this toad did but she is still freindly with him. I had the same problem but because this kid was about to finish medic class and they needed medics, I, a mere EMT who was there alot longer and was a stand up employee was given the boot for bogus reasons. I am fighting them for wrongful termination and unemployment benefits and the emails telling them what he did and said that were never replied to are my tickets.
