light brown. I hate unnatural eyeliner colors.

You could actually get away with most colors with your skin tone, hair and eye color. It depends on the occasion and how bold you want to be. To really bring out your eyes you could try a navy or bright blue liner, and nothing is more dramatic than a pure black eyeliner. For everyday use I'd recommend a soft brown or charcoal gray, something slightly muted. If you have a Wal-Mart near by, try Rimmel's eyeliners. They're good quality but still very inexpensive, so you can afford to experiment a bit. Hope this helped :)

You are very fortunate to have such colors on the face although that might seem strange but what it means is that you can wear pretty much any colors that you want. you do not need to worry all that much but over doing the colors. Try not to do to much to them like try using a black eye liner with a shimmer color of your choice, I find using eye shadow dust works well. Also you can try any neutral tones and/ or anything shimmery will show off your blue eyes complement your skin tone and hair colors. if you would like to see some other ideas picture wise type in on google or yahoo search (images by the way at the top of the toolbar where u type in the question or details to what u are looking for) and type in your eye color and hair color or skin tone with eye shadows such as blue eyes good color eye shadows enter. hope this works for you good luck heres a site with some colors to give you a start on ideas!

What ever shadows you are wearing use the darkest one as your liner. take a slanted brush eyeliner Brush and wet it, dip it in the shadow and line the top of your lid and the outside bottom 2/3 of your lid. The inner 1/3 of your bottom lid line with your high lighting color. If you are doing a single color that is fine also the water will make the shadow darker. Try it, play with it. You may have a bit darker shade you can line with in the same family. I used to line with a more harsh pencel or liquid but there is a time and place for everything.
I guess it also depends on your age and where you are going!lol

I think black looks good on light-haired people. But if you want to bring out your eyes, I suggest a dark blue.

Brown compliments blue so using brown liner will create an illusion, making your eyes look bigger. Don't line completely around your eye though. Line the top lid as close to the lashline as possible & if you are really set on lining the bottom, only line it halfway & blend well.
