Right you are!
I've been trying to stop this madness for years. Sure they look funny and sweet bouncing around their cages in the zoo, but they are wild animals. And they can turn on you, just like Dumbo.

STOP THE MADNESS. Tiggers can not be domesticated.

I realize this question is tongue-in-cheek. But my exercising my sociological and rational brain, I'm able to conclude that tiggers are not dangerous unless provoked. That kid CLEARLY egged Tigger on, and one quick glance at his story is stupid.

From what Tigger says "he was being choked by the kid holding onto the back of the suit", I fully understant his side. If your in a heavy, hot, plastic suit - you'll react quickly when your already strenuous breathing becomes tougher. He panicked, made an impulsive move, and glanced the kid. The man side of me says "the kid needs to grow up, and realized Tigger was doing something many do when they have the impulsive thought of death" and the legal side of me says "great, another petty lawsuit to fill our already bursting legal system"
